Hoe gebruik je de Thermomix® spatel

Important: The Thermomix spatula must always be used clockwise near the knife. Otherwise there will be considerable cut marks. If you use the spatula counter-clockwise, you press it against the sharp side of the knife. 

If you are left-handed, you should be careful, as the natural direction of rotation is anti-clockwise. If you are right-handed, you are likely to turn in the right direction.
