Ingredients
200 g water
120 g milk
20 g butter
20 g fresh baker's yeast
oder 2 teaspoons dry baker's yeast (8 g)
1 pinch sugar
500 g flour type
1 ½ teaspoons salt
PREPARATION
1. Place the water, milk, butter, yeast and sugar in the bowl and heat for 2 min/37°C/speed 2.
2. Add the flour and salt and kneading function/3 min. Remove to a large bowl dusted with flour and leave to rise in a warm place for about 40 minutes or until the dough has doubled in volume.
3. Divide the dough into 12 pieces weighing approx. 65g each and shape the carcasses. Place on a baking tray dusted with flour, sprinkle the carcasses with flour and make a cut in the top of each one with a knife. Leave to rise for around 30 minutes. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 180°C.
4. Bake at 180°C for around 10 minutes. Leave to cool on a wire rack before serving.
