Baked Almonds

Did you know? Almonds contain vitamins E and B, minerals such as calcium, magnesium, copper and zinc, valuable vegetable proteins, fibre and an exceptional composition of secondary plant substances - especially in the almond skin.

Ingredients

80 g olive oil

200 g raw almonds without skin

½ teaspoon salt

Put the oil, almonds and salt in the pot and start on high heat. Empty the mixing bowl using the basket (as a filter) with a bowl underneath. This way the almonds remain in the basket and  oil is the bowl. Allow to cool and offer to eat or store in an airtight box
