Broccoli salad

This broccoli salad is not only delicious but also packed with health benefits thanks to its nutrient-rich ingredients.

Ingredients

200 g broccoli, in florets

1 red pepper, in pieces

½ apple, large, quartered

20 g pine nuts or sunflower seeds

15 g olive oil

10 g fruit vinegar

¾ tsp honey

1 tsp mustard

¾ tsp salt

or ¾ tsp herb salt

¼ tsp pepper

 

PREPARATION

Put all ingredients in the mixinb bowl and  chop for 5 seconds/speed  4, decant and serve.
