There is a same price policy in Europe. Different VAT rates have no effect on the private consumer.
Language
There are multible language settings in the Thermomix®. The Thermomix® TM6 comes with a basic cookbook, which is available in Dutch, English, French, German and Polish. Cookidoo® subscription recipes are currently available in the following countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, China, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Italy, Mexico, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Switzerland, Taiwan, United Kingdom, United States of America. You can choose between the following language settings on Cookidoo®: English, German, French, Italian, Dutch, Polish, Portuguese, Spanish, Czech, Chinese and Simplified Chinese. Otherwise you can find plenty of Thermomix® recipes on the internet for free (blogs, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
Warranty
There is a 2 year warranty in Benelux. If a customer takes the Thermomix® TM6 to another country and needs warranty services, the best chance to get the machine repaired during the warranty is in the following countries: Germany, Spain, France, Italy, Portugal, Czech Republic, Poland, Taiwan, Mexico, China, Austria and the UK. In individual cases it will be decided whether the repair will be carried out free of charge during the warranty period as a gesture of goodwill.
Tax refund
We have a lot of experience with international customers and can provide information on both diplomatic sale and tax-free purchase if required.

Kooksensatie has a stock of Thermomix® TM6 in The Hague. You won‘t have to wait for your delivery for weeks, as it is the case in many other countries.
How to buy a Thermomix® in the Netherlands?
Where can I buy the Thermomix®?
The Themomix® is not for sale in regular shops and is only sold by authorised advisors of Thermomix® Benelux. We have the license to sell in the Benelux but focus on customers who want to buy a Thermomix® in the Netherlands. We can order a Thermomix® for you and it will be delivered to your home. The Thermomix® can be ordered here (see contact form bellow) or at one of our demonstrations.
What is the delivery time?
The delivery time of a Thermomix® TM6 is approximately 3-10 working days without any delivery costs. At the moment it is a little bit longer, around 2-3 weeks.
The delivery of the Thermomix® TM7 starts from the 2nd week of April. First ordered, first delivered!
What happens in the case of a warranty claim?
The warranty period of the machine is 2 years. During this period your Themomix® will be picked up, repaired and delivered back to your home free of charge.
What are the payment options?
1. you can use Alma for online payment. There you can pay everything at once or divide the payment into up to 4 instalments. Payments by credit card or Ideal are possible.
2. you can pay in advance by bank transfer

As experienced Thermomix® advisors, we can organise a Thermomix® demonstration at your home free of obligation & charge. You will then be able to experiencethe advantages of cooking with Thermomix®. Together, we will prepare delicious dishes showcasing the innovative technology and functions of the Thermomix®.
We are able to do Thermomix® demonstrations in Dutch, English, German, Spanish, French, Italian and Chinese. We are also happy to organize group demonstrations with your friends at your home or with other Thermomix® fans at one of our Advisors‘ house.

Cost per person is 15 €. Moreover we offer cooking classes with different themes and the participation fee for those classes vary (50-75 €).
